Group Therapy

I have known that horses are therapeutic. So much of my life I have spent working with them. After I fell from the haystack, I really couldn't do anything. Trapped in a broken body, not knowing what kind of mobility the future held had a huge effect on my mood and sense of self. Eventually I could make my way out back where I would sit with the horses for hours. I've heard it said that the electromagnetic field of horses is much larger than our and when we spend time with them our body rhythms adjust to theirs. I learned that they spend a great amount of time doing nothing but simply being and that is something and it is enough.
